Hello Scientists;
Today, in science we defined our Key Terms and learned about Galileo and Gravity, paving the way for our gravity / pendulum lab. The Key Terms - for Week #4 - are (Force, Gravity, Strong Force, Friction, Speed equation, Atom, Molecule, Energy, and Cell.) We'll review our Week #3 quiz tomorrow and there will be an optional extra credit / makeup quiz offered (online) tomorrow.
Environmental Science is included on this email as we were outside today using strides to measure the size of our field. (Three and a half acres btw.) The science cross-overs involve the installation of artificial turf fields around town. How much water saved versus the chemical exposure and the fact that the materials used in the turf field never decompose. Lots of chemistry cross-over.
